H.S. TRASPORT SRL (hereinafter “Data Controller”), as the data controller, informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), that your personal data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:

Processing methods
Personal data is processed both manually and electronically and/or automatically.
The Data Controller will process personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no longer than legally required.Access to data
Data may be made accessible for the purposes of Article 2.A) and 2.B) to:
Employees and collaborators of the Data Controller or companies within H.S. TRASPORT SRL;
Companies within the H.S. TRASPORT SRL group or third parties (e.g., providers for website management and maintenance, suppliers, banks, professional offices, etc.) that carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller as external data processors.
Data communication
Without explicit consent (pursuant to Article 24 (a), (b), (d) Privacy Code and Article 6 (b), (c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes of Article 2.A) to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, and any other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law.
Your data will not be disseminated.Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will occur on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as Data Processors.
Currently, the servers are located in Italy.
Data will not be transferred outside the European Union. However, if necessary, the Data Controller has the right to relocate the servers within Italy and/or the EU and/or non-EU countries.
In this case, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will be done in compliance with applicable legal provisions, entering into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond

Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you may exercise the rights set out in Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 15 of the GDPR, specifically:
Obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you;
Obtain information on the purposes, methods, logic applied to electronic processing, data of the Data Controller and processors, and the subjects to whom the data may be communicated;
Obtain updates, corrections, integration, deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
Object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
Object to the processing for direct marketing purposes using automated and/or traditional methods.
These rights can also be exercised partially.
Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, opposition), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Minors
This site and the services of the Data Controller are not intended for minors under 18 years of age, and the Data Controller does not knowingly collect personal information about minors.
